Member of Société des Nouveaux commanditaires and Mediator bringing artistic expertise and management skills. From 1999 to the present day, Valérie Cudel has devoted herself to the development and support of commissions, study / production / maintenance, addressed to artists and architects in new contexts within the framework of the New Patrons protocol, within the network of Contemporary Art Centers: from 1999 to 2009 and then with the non-profit association A demeure recently based in Besançon (Bourgogne-Franche-Comté). Some projects have been carried out in partnership with the Ministry of Culture and Communication within the framework of the Commande Publique programme, with certain local authorities: Regions, Departments and with Regional Nature Parks of Lorraine, Pilat, Monts d'Ardèche, Vercors. She is also running Captures, an independant publishing house focused on artist’s books as well as collections around collective works and interviews to Artists.
